Online Store Policy

This section defines the business rules and policy for the online store.  Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.

Orders are Accepted Within 7 days
Orders must be accepted by IIBA MSP Chapter within 7 days of the date they are ordered.  If orders are not accepted within this timeframe, the order will expire and the credit card will automatically be refunded.

Payment is Due at the Time of Ordering
If your company requires an invoice and/or purchase order, please contact us at info@iibamsp.org.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail
Shipments are made via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail with package tracking.  Shipping times are 3-5 business days.  Weather related conditions may delay shipment.

Email confirmation of Accepted Order
Order acknowledgements include the USPS tracking code for tracking.  Shipping times are 3-5 business days.  Weather related conditions may delay shipment.

Merchandise Back Orders
If your merchandise is not available in stock, we will back order your item.  At the time your order is accepted, we will let you know if it is backordered.  When the item becomes available in our warehouse we will ship your order and notify you of the shipment.

No Refunds – All Sales FINAL
All items purchased in the store are considered final.

Damaged Shipments for Merchandise
Exceptions are made for damaged merchandise shipments.  In the event of a damaged shipment, please contact info@iibamsp.org to exchange the damaged merchandise.

Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.  If the postal service indicates the package was not delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation, we will re-ship the same merchandise.  To request re-shipment of your merchandise, please contact us at info@iibamsp.org.  Please include your name and address in the email.

Invalid Membership Purchases
An IIBA International membership and membership number must be obtained prior to ordering local membership.  Local memberships are pending confirmation with the IIBA International organization.  If after 60 days the IIBA International Membership can NOT be determined the local membership is declined without refund.  Questions about your membership should be directed towards membership@iibamsp.org.

One Credit card per Purchase
One credit card  per order.  Our system can’t break payment into multiple credit cards.

Credit Cards Only
Online payments are made with credit cards only.  No checks.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  We no longer accept American Express.

Payment by Check / Corporate Purchase Orders
Please contact us info@iibamsp.org for more information on purchase orders and invoicing.

One shipping address per Merchandise Purchase
Merchandise shipments can not be made to multiple locations or addresses.

Sponsorship Convenience Fees
Price for sponsorship includes a convenience fee for paying by credit card.  To pay by check instead, please contact sponsorship@iibamsp.org.  Please provide your organization name, contact name, phone number, email and full shipping address in the email.

Sponsorship Acceptance
Your sponsorship order is an application for sponsorship of the chapter.  The chapter reserves the right to refuse the order.

Privacy Policy
The online store is managed through StarChapter.com.  Information needed to process your order (name, physical mailing address and email address) are stored on this site.  
This site does not store your credit card information.
