Study groups are a great way to stay on track with your studies. You don’t have to do it alone!

Monday Certification Study Group
Start date: Monday March 5, 2018.
Time: 6:30-8pm
Study sessions: 9 total, 3 Monday’s per month in March, April, May
All meetings: Davanni's, Richfield 
Facilitated by: Mark Nervig
Cost: $25, includes study materials

Panel Discussion

The Business Analyst role is constantly changing and the relationship between QA roles and BA roles is one of those changes.  We have assembled a panel of industry leaders to discuss how to make this changing role work effectively.

Learn tips from industry leaders on:

1) How to partner effectively with QA

2) How to leverage QA in the requirement process

3) How NOT to become a QA tester!

We are proud to announce our keynote speaker for the 2018 PDD, Adrian Reed.

Experienced and delivery focused Lead Business Analyst and Practitioner of Change. Qualified to ISEB/BCS Diploma, IIBA CBAP and BAMF "Expert BA" (XBA) standard. Experience in waterfall and agile-design projects, having gained experience and exposure to the whole project lifecycle – from concept, feasibility, to delivery and roll-out. Significant experience with managing stakeholders at all levels, and working on cross-site projects, including working with off-shore development teams. Experience includes creating analysis frameworks and standards and helping teams to embed best practice.

Keen public speaker who speaks at international conferences and events on topics related to Business Analysis and Business Change. Previous speaking engagements have included the European Business Analysis Conference in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 2014 2015 & 2016, Building Business Capability (USA) 2014, 2015 & 2016, BA Summit Southern Africa 2016, 2017, PAM Summit (Poland) 2014, ReqLabs (Ukraine) in 2011 and 2012, Analyst Days (Belarus) 2012, the opening keynote for BSC 2013 (Latvia), opening keynote for BA Camp Austria 2014 as well as IIBA Chapter events in Minneapolis, New York, New Jersey, Baltimore and Washington DC. 

Active member of the business change community, writing articles for a number of business change-related websites. Immediate Past President of the UK chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis. Contributing author to 2013 book "Business Analysis and Leadership: Influencing Change". Author of 2016 book "Be a Great Problem Solver...".
